This page explains, in plain English, what data AigencyMaster uses, why we use it, and how you stay in control of it.
What data we use
We only process the data needed to run your account, course access, and support properly. That includes your name, email address, billing or subscription details, and your progress inside the dashboard.
Why we use that data
- To create your account and let you sign in securely.
- To manage access to paid content and resources.
- To store your course progress, projects, and preferences.
- To provide support and send important account or product updates.
External services
We use external providers for parts of the platform, such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payments, and Vercel for hosting. They only process data where needed to keep AigencyMaster running.
Retention period
We keep your account and course data for as long as you have access, or as long as reasonably needed for support, administration, and platform security.
Your rights
You can contact us at any time if you want your data updated or deleted. We handle those requests as quickly as possible and within a reasonable timeframe.
Payments and security
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card or bank details ourselves. Account access uses Supabase Auth and session cookies needed to keep you signed in.
